MATERAILS

5g Cinnamon

500ml hot water

6g black tea leaves

One apple

STEP

1.Wash the apple, cut it into pieces. The thinner the better.

2.Steep the black tea with 100℃ water for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take the tea leaves out, put the apple and cinnamon into the water.

3.Soak the apple and cinnamon for over 2 to 3 hours. The longer soak time is, the thicker taste is. If you can't drink the tea for once, put the tea into fridge.
